By accessing or using Automate You's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Automate You provides AI-powered agents for business automation, including voice AI, back-office automation, and management tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis with setup fees and monthly recurring charges.

• • You are responsible for all activities under your account
• • Accounts are non-transferable

You agree not to:

• • Violate any laws or regulations
• • Infringe on intellectual property rights
• • Transmit malicious code or spam
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• • Use services for fraudulent purposes
• • Resell or redistribute services without authorization

• • Setup fees are due upon agent deployment
• • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
• • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• • Refunds are provided at our discretion
• • Late payments may result in service suspension

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. Support response times vary by plan tier. See our SLA documentation for detailed commitments.

You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of the Automate You platform, AI models, and related intellectual property. You grant us a license to process your data to provide services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automate You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.
